Appointed as President of the Management Board of PCO S.A. on 19 August 2024.

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk, he holds Master’s degrees in Law and Administration.

He initially gained professional experience as a Prosecutor at the District Prosecutor’s Office for Warsaw-Mokotów, later delegated to the Regional Prosecutor’s Office in Warsaw, and subsequently served as a Legal Advisor to the Supreme Audit Office (NIK), specialising in cooperation with law enforcement agencies and the judiciary. Since 1992, he has been registered as a legal counsel.

Between 1995 and 2003, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of National Defence and Internal Security at NIK.

He has participated in numerous training courses organised by the Ministry of National Defence and NATO, including the Advanced Defence Course at the National Defence Academy and the NATO Auditors’ Board Seminar in Brussels.

From 2003 to 2006, and later from 2009 to 2014, he served as Deputy Director of the NIK Delegation in Warsaw.

He has extensive experience in managing large organisations, including as Director of the Security Office at the PZU Group (PZU S.A., PZU ŻYCIE S.A., PTE PZU S.A.).

Through his own law firm, he provided legal services to businesses involved in the manufacture and trade of explosives, weapons, ammunition, and military or police-use equipment.

Between 2018 and 2019, he served as Deputy Director of the General Director’s Office at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Most recently, he worked as Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development at the Supreme Audit Office (NIK).

His key competencies include: national defence and state security, corporate management, internal control, and auditing of state-owned enterprises, including defence companies, and supervision of projects financed by EU funds.

He is a graduate of Rzeszów University of Technology (Ignacy Łukasiewicz University of Technology), Faculty of Mechanics and Machine Design, specialising in Computer-Aided Machine Design. He also holds an MBA from Kozminski University. 

Since February 2011, he has been associated with PCO S.A., starting as a CNC Technologist – Programmer. In this role, he developed and optimised machining processes, prepared technical documentation, and programmed numerically controlled machine tools, significantly improving production efficiency and quality.
Between April 2019 and December 2022, he held the position of Head of the Technical Preparation Division, where he managed a team of employees, addressed ongoing technical and organisational issues, and planned the division’s budget. He also collaborated with the design and sales departments, contributing to cost optimisation, timely project execution, and quality improvement within the company.

A graduate of the Faculty of Automotive and Construction Machinery Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. He began his professional career in 2000 at the Luka Machinery Factory as a Production Supervisor. At the same time, he lectured at the State Higher Vocational School in Ciechanów. 

He joined PCO S.A. in 2008, initially as a Production Organisation Specialist, later as Head of Production. Since 2018, he served as Technical Director and, a year later, joined the Management Board as Member of the Board for Production.
