Training for the Presidential Guard of the United Arab Emirates
Between 8 and 26 May 2023, PCO S.A. conducted the second edition of a professional training course for representatives of the Presidential Guard of the United Arab Emirates. The aim of the course was to provide participants with essential knowledge about the latest military-grade optoelectronic systems and their modes of operation, including high-performance image intensification technology, both cooled and uncooled thermal imaging, and laser-based solutions.
The course covered individual technologies in detail and discussed key technical parameters. The programme also included a presentation of best practices in the testing, maintenance and repair of the equipment. Additionally, PCO S.A. sights were tested during live-fire exercises at a shooting range.
