On 2nd of September 2014, during the 22nd International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce seminar: “Thermovision: Research projects and industrial implementations” organised by PCO S.A. in cooperation with Military University of Technology (WAT), has taken place.
During the seminar state of research on thermovisual devices was presented. Products using thermovisual technology were also described.
Profesor Henryk Madura of WAT has presented thermovisual observation systems and results of the research activities in 2007-2013 period.
Dr inż. Marcin Muszkowski of PCO S.A. delivered a lecture on modern thermovisual cameras produced by PCO S.A. for use in anti-aircraft and fire control systems.
Dr Tomasz Sosnowski of WAT hgas delivered a lecture: “Measurements of parameters, calibration and testing of observation thermovisual cameras”.
Jerzy Wiśnioch, Main Technologist of PCO S.A. has presented production potential of the company and its abilities to produce thermovisual devices.
Seminar was concluded with discussion on current trends in development of the thermovisual devices.
