Bumar Żołnierz S.A. was among companies awarded with Best Employer 2012 title according to Best Employers Study conducted by Aon Hewitt company that provides HR solutions.
On 9th of October 2012, during the formal ceremony, President of the Board of Bumar Żołnierz S.A. has received the award.
The Best Employer Study encompasses the following components:
- Employee Engagement Survey;
- HR-Audit on tools used by HR department;
- Leadership Team Survey allowing to evaluate personal functions from the perspective of the leadership and most important market related and managment challenges.
To become one of the Best Employers company has to reach engagement level of at least 65%. Position in this ranking is also a result of four indexes: engaged ledership, culture of good results, reliable trademark and stability.
On the base of these results Bumar Żołnierz S.A.was sixth among big companies and on the first place among production companies.
90 companies employing 51195 employees took part in the study which was made between December 2011 and July 2012.
