CTP-1 THERMAL SIGHT

The CTP-1 Thermal Sight is designed for the PIORUN Man-Portable Very Short Range Air-Defense System (VSHORAD). It is used for observation, targeting, aiming, and firing with the use of the MANPADS against airborne targets.

The CTP-1 Thermal Sight is designed for the PIORUN Man-Portable Very Short Range Air-Defense System (VSHORAD). It is used for observation, targeting, aiming, and firing with the use of the MANPADS against airborne targets, both during the day and at night, regardless of lighting conditions, and even in unfavourable atmospheric conditions (light fog, smoke).

The CTP-1 Thermal Sight is equipped with an athermal lens, allowing for use in varying ambient temperatures without the need to adjust the image focus. Additionally, the CTP-1 sight is equipped with an electronic compass, enabling azimuth measurement from 0° to 360°.
