The system is designed to display information and the flight for the pilots of Mi-17 helicopters.
SWPL-1 system enables the pilot to control the flight without looking at the indicators on the board devices. The system is especially important during the flights at low altitude, when taking eyes from the surroundings of the helicopter by the pilot and looking at the obstacles is very dangerous.
